Keynotes on AI and the redesign of work

Most companies are buying AI. The winners are redesigning work around it.

Why AI Adoption Is an Operating-Model Problem NetOne 2026 · Owners and executive leaders
The flagship keynote

The Company After AI

The tools arrive quickly. The organization does not.

AI rarely stalls because the software fails. It stalls because the company around it was built for another era. This keynote shows leaders which workflows AI truly changes, where the operating model will resist, and what to redesign first.

  1. Identify the workflows AI actually changes
  2. Locate the operating constraints blocking adoption
  3. Decide what must be redesigned first — and who owns it

The argument stays. The room changes.

The same keynote has been rebuilt for founders, investors, functional leaders, and industry conferences — and for the operating sectors where the change is most physical.
